Also, Melnibonéans turned up as Primitive Infantry (blown off table in one turn of fire by Red Scorpions Space Marines despite occupying a bunker). #oldhammer #xenosrampant

Ended predictably with the two aspects of the Eternal Champion beating the Marines. #xenosrampant allowed for them to be modelled quite closely to the Moorcock books.

Used and abused #rotfly #plaguebearer from the local shop on sale. Luckily I had some spare sword hands from my previous plaguebearers. I don’t know much about them in game, I’ll use it as some sort of champion in #xenosrampant and #DragonRampant

Setup for Xenos Rampant today. I decided to make a "Kaiju" vs "EDF" scenario. Kaiju need to destroy 10 structures total, at least three of which must be the tall buildings with 10 strength points. Kaiju gain back SP for killing EDF units. EDF has to neutralize all Kaiju. #wargaming #XenosRampant

1. Let my 9yo go through my figure collection and design his own units.

2. Create a kaiju battle scenario using various large monsters and infantry and vehicles from Battletech.

This was the second session of the campaing. After the crash the forces started to congregate and amass.
But neyond the crashsite two large beasts were clashing, preventing both detachments from progressing.

Some more shots from the second game we played. This time it was a simple "kill eachother" scenario in which the Sons of Mons took the win by good possitioning.
The ork player was testing a full melee list, but it still needs some tweaking.

Second game of the day for #Xenosrampant. This time the secenario is Foxtrot Bottleneck where botnplayers are fighting over a bridge which is ontop of a chasm.

Tgis has to be the wilders way I settup the terrain, with cover for both players to shoot over the chasm.

I finally got my three Grand Nuttas, from #stationforge.

I posted a while back about doing a detachment for #xenosrampant consisting only of Ghazghoul proxies and Ghaz himself. Well, when the Grand Nutta 3 came out I deaided to only donit using them.
