So I don't really do "New Year Resolutions," I do the (popularized by CGPGrey) is Yearly Themes. A theme, usually one word, that you would like to focus on for a year or a season that tries to tune to towards life goals.
This years theme is "The year of touching grass"

#YearlyTheme 2025 has been the Year of Boldness 💪 for me.
Felt that this is the year that AI took off, when I say AI I meant Claude Code where it has empowered me to tackle topics that are usually out of my reach.
Either it's not within my domain or just a whole different skillset.
And with one last page, I have done it! I set off to finish filling my notebook of ideas by the end of the year, and I'm done with a month to spare!

My #YearlyTheme for 2025 is "Keep pushing." I could have stayed in bed but I was curious about the day so I went out for a dip with friends. It hailed, snowed, and there was thunder and lightning. What a morning. Also, for funsies, I used my 11 year old Fuji XT1 for these. #ColdWaterDipping

Looking to try some journaling for my 2025 #yearlytheme so I built up a system in #obsidian. No reminders/notifications so if it doesn’t happen, I don’t have anything beeping at me. Colouring is very nice and have it synced up on my phone. Want to be more mindful of my Year of Discovery theme

#YearlyTheme 2024 Year of Focus managed to get me to break my 4 years app development drought, allow me expand Rojak Tech Podcast to a new audience, somehow it convinced me to switch to e-books and also breaking my bad habit of not finishing books.
