Wandelen is belangrijk voor iedereen maar zoals al eerder verteld voor mij nog belangrijker. Nu partner weer mee kan hobbelen, wel met stok, maken we een rondje om het huis de dijk op, langs oude notaris huis en terug naar huis. 🏡
Dagelijkse wandelingen helpt mee dementie voorkomen.

Kerstdagen heb er weinig mee, hoogstens dat we dit jaar het eerste Hanukkah kaarsje aansteken op eerste kerstdag, die we deze keer niet traditioneel voor de ramen zetten om het licht te delen gezien de huidige situatie.Kaarten sturen lukt me niet meer, wel één tekst via social media. #alzheimer #yod
Moet naar afspraak BRC (Brain Research Center). Partner kan na knieoperatie nog niet te ver autorijden dus ga ik met de trein. Is de trein vervallen, half uur wachten in de winderige kou.
