Homemade, leftover sausage stuffing gyoza. I mixed the sausage stuffing with spring onions Japanese seaweed, a splash of fish sauce, soy, sesame seed oil & chilli sauce. The wrappers were shop bought. They were fried & steamed till bottoms are crispy & golden. Serve with chill oil! #yummo

This is my salmon & broccoli tart. Blind bake pastry for 15 mins. The filling is salmon, peas, broccoli, 4 eggs, cheese, 1 white onion, parsley, seasoning, chilli flakes & a splash of milk. Put the mix in the cooled pastry case & back in the oven for 35 mins. Leave to cool before serving. #yummo

This is Thai green chicken curry. Add curry paste to a hot pan with chicken thigh peices & cook for a few mins, then add veg (I used green beans, spring onions & red pepper) Cook, then add 300ml of coconut milk & 100ml of chicken stock & simmer. Serve with rice, spring onions & coriander. #yummo
