A drawing of a zentangle pattern called hearty wyfore. It resembles a line of stacked hearts with scrolls in the center. It is drawn with white gel pen on a black zentangle phi tile and has white chalk shade. It has a white border.

I did this new new Zentangle tangle, #heartwyfore after seeing posts from #zenagain2025 and had to try it on a black tile. It looks a little aliens to me.

Also, I drew this from the bottom up, rather than from the top down, which gave me more narrow “hearts“.

I have to say that this tea stain tile from the Zenagain seminar wasn’t my favourite to tangle but it is quite fun now that I look back at it.
The concept was that it looked like a slice of tree showing all the growth rings.
