Fall vibes 😍🍂🍁
The Virginia Creeper is getting showy! For as much as an invasive pest it can be, it sure looks pretty when it changes colours.

6 raised wooden garden beds growing a variety of vegetables.
Veggie garden update - still firmly in asparagus, kale, and herb season. Squash seem to be doubling in size weekly and are starting to flower. Peas netted to keep the birds away.

A flower arrangement of wildflowers/weeds like daisy, birds foot trefoil, yellow sweet clover, and some grasses, along with peonies, lupine, and cloves. All in a handmade vintage ceramic vase, mostly white with some green/blue/brown accents.
Most recent chaotic arrangement from my garden - mostly weeds/wildflowers with a few cultivated additions - peony, chives, lupins.

Close-up of snow-in-summer blooms which are five-petaled white flowers with yellow at the middle
3 daylily plants surrounded by Snow-in-Summer flowers
Snow-in-Summer (Cerastium tomentosum) is one of my fave perennial groundcovers for when I need to fill in a space ASAP. It’s one of the first to green up in spring and has lovely light-green foliage and these beautiful white flowers. #perennialgardening #perennialflowers #zone3gardening #bloomscroll
My hand holding 4 freshly picked asparagus spears
A plate with my breakfast - eggs scrambled with the asparagus from the previous photo, with chives on top and a piece of buttered toast beside. Cup of coffee in the background.
Before and after. Breakfast (partially) from the garden 💕

I love this about snapdragons! They are also VERY hardy in our Zone 3 climate; I had them blooming until the snow hit in mid/late November!! Also, super easy to collect the seeds and grow more the next year! #zone3gardening #gardening
