Got the #ZoomF6. Now just need the mics and I will be ready to dive into #FieldRecording while out in nature. Going to have a lot of fun with this when doing #birding at the same time. Would be nice to not only take photos of birds, but capture some in slow-mo video and such :D

I think that’s it for fungi photography this season. I’ll be focusing on #birding and developing that skill over #spring. I have a #ZoomF6 coming and a pair of stereo mics. I intend to try out field recording with the bird walks!

Made it out for an hour before it started raining. Think I've encountered #ZoomF6 bugs and glitches in the last few days, one black screen requiring battery removal to escape🤔

I've been out recording ferries at Oban Pier this week. A #ZoomF3 scouting trip for a multi channel #ZoomF6 follow up. More study sessions needed before committing. Really nice to have the fog slightly dampen the acoustic. It's been freezing for a few days the air is dry and the sound is bright 🔆

I'll be taking out my new #ZoomF6 and a couple of #JrF contact mics. Looking forward to comparing the ecoutic model to the standard. Planning to capture trees creaking, rubbing and branches clashing and seismic root sounds via my #TremorLabs XEOFÓN, plus some stormy ambience. Life is for living!

Well that's my new #ZoomF6 arrived, a tidy bit of kit. Really looking forward to putting it to use. Waiting for my #JrF Ecutic to arrive and a long wished for Audio Technica BP4025 is on route too, but I'll have to wait until Christmas to get my hands on that beauty #FieldRecording
