My Sunday offerings for #wildflowerhour @bsbibotany.bsky.social are wild Clary, roundleaved fluellen, sand spurrey and a blurry small toadflax. All Central Bedfordshire, variously on clay, chalk and sand.

Yes, Atropa belladonna. Which is very toxic. We also have Solanum nigrum known as black nightshade widespread in my part of UK, regarded as toxic too. Different to the US black nightshade S americanum which is eaten I believe
