Schematic of the study design. Clinical arm, left: rapid turn-around reporting of sequence and copy number variants (CNVs) from Panel-Seq of relapse tissue from 20 centers across the UK. Research arm, right: comparative studies between diagnostic or relapse tissue samples and cfDNA at relapse.
