It's called DeeMusic, found it via GitHub, it's been pretty great so far! It is missing some music, but it was able to get probably 85-90% of what I had on Spotify.

I found a program to let me download/save all my music to my PC because no other streaming service had what I wanted/was affordable for me. Now I just need to find a way to access it outside of the PC (probably will get an old MP3 player or something)!
