Yeah, Filoli is expensive. I have been inside once... on a tour kind of like a location scout... but it wasn't full spring. Berkeley Botanical would be fun.

I like the windmills in GG Park idea.

I have always wanted to go to Filoli Gardens in spring... but it is $45 to get in, so might not be a good option for everyone.

In the East Bay, there is always the Cal campus, Lake Merrit, or any of the marinas.

I will try to think of other ideas.

Yeah... but I am already a member. And sadly, nothing is currently scheduled.

I think they were trying to solve for safety... by having a vetting process. But it left the number of members pretty small.

Well... lol... I just looked at the PhotoFriends calendar and nothing at all is scheduled. Pretty much crickets. Not real crickets, just that sound of crickets when nothing is happening.

Count me in. I am in the Eastbay, but could get anywhere.

Are you familiar with Looking Glass Photo in Berkeley? (Long time photog store). They have something called Photo Friends. It just started, so I haven't had a chance to do any outings yet.
