10x Genomics introduces Atera, a new platform to redefine how biology is measured and understood.

10x Genomics introduces Atera, a new platform to redefine how biology is measured and understood.

Atera removes the trade-offs that have constrained research, unlocking a new era of insight that will transform our understanding of science and human health.

Studying biology has long meant working with fragmented tools. With Atera, for the first time ever, biology can be measured as a complete system in its native context, at scale, removing the constraints that have held spatial biology back: https://bit.ly/48bYvYF

1/ Philipp Mallm from the @dkfz.bsky.social Single-cell Open Lab just broke the news at #AACR26: the first results on colorectal cancer (CRC) tissue analysis with the new Atera spatial transcriptomics platform from @10xgenomics.bsky.social. Is it "making the impossible possible?" 🧵

Uncompromised Spatial: Only on Atera

Last night we unveiled the impossible. Now we invite you to check out Atera for yourself at booth #3217! Or, if you're not at #AACR26, register for one of our webinars starting 4/21 to get a deeper look into the future of #spatialbiology: https://bit.ly/4b5SnBx

While there is a lot of momentum in spatial transcriptomics, Atera brings true acceleration. Excited to see how Atera will increase our understanding of biology and help improve human health. Let me know if you want to talk.

Capturing somatic mutations in single-cell probe-based assays (ie. 10X Flex) is a hard task, especially if you don't know *exactly* the mutations you want to capture, or if your target sequence is a mutational hotspot with many possible alternative alleles. Here's the way we pulled this off. Enjoy!

From #PCR, to #NGS, to #scRNAseq, yesterday’s pipe dream is today’s standard. Science follows a pattern, after all: first, something’s impossible. Then, it’s indispensable. So what’s next on that list?

Join us for a webinar this April to find out. https://bit.ly/4tJv9tD
