do frog eggs turn white when dead? I was going for "died and started growing mold(?)". Does this communicate dead eggs to you?

GREEN FROG - Lithobates clamitans. Known for a call that sounds like a banjo "TWANG"! In my film project, I wanted them to be super easily distinguished from bullfrogs, and for their dorsolateral fold to show up clearly.
