Thought some green photos would be appropriate so here’s some old northern lights photos from #Iceland.

Long exposure (0.4 second, so not that long!) of small waves breaking near the shore. There is some pale orange light on the waves reflected from the clouds above.

Photographing waves is one of my favourite things, especially when there's some soft afternoon light and they're splashing around near the shore so elegantly.

I was able to do a session on the advanced setting, so it looks like all levels are available on the free tier.

I saw that. I like the fact that it looks like you’re not tied to a path as in Duolingo. I also enjoyed the puzzle-like elements too. I’ll give it more time before I decide if I want to go Premium. 5 minutes ain’t a lot to go on 🤣

It’ll be a change from Duo, and I like the look and feel of it so far. I’m not sure if it’ll progress my Welsh any further, and I don’t need to start from beginner again, but I do like to dabble with other languages too.

I’d forgotten how much fun that app was. Annoying to only get 5mins, but I might cough up for the Premium as it’s on a decent sale right now. I’ve completed the cwrs Cymraeg on Duo and it’s repetitive now, so I need a new and fun way to keep my hand in 😅🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿
