i found this egg sac last November and wondered what it was all winter. two days ago, i noticed it getting dark with the warmer weather. then today: babies! ~200 or so orbweaver spiderlings dispersing across my yard 🥰

Bristleburrow Woods is an Anansi (spiderfolk) territory, those are not exactly aggressive, but one should stay cautious encountering them..
