I'm taking a detour from my recent knitting marathon to make some progress on the fun mosaic crochet blanket I started a few months ago. I wish my camera would pick up the colors in the "Woodland" background yarn more accurately. It reminds me of foggy days in the Olympic Rain Forest. 🧶✨️🧙‍♀️🌲

Sneaky Spider Socks in progress. Pattern by Marie Elyse Dugal and yarn by Coven Collective. The legs, heels, and gussets are done and I'm working on the feet. The yarn is a dark semi-solid purple brown and a verigates orange. The cuff is the purple/brown, the leg and foot are single row stripes with both colors, the eye of partridge heel flap is in the verigated orange. Ther are bobble spiders on the legs hanging from "web" in the purple/brown.

Anthology Throw in progress. Pattern by Curious Handmade and yarn is the 2024 "Dark and Dreamy" silky sock fingering advent by A Chick That Knitz. It's a circular, striped, scrappy style throw with a mix of solid and verigated yarns. So far it starts with purple in the center and moves into blues, then burgundy and pink, back to blue, then yellow, the orange, then reds.
