📣 Exciting news:
As we've been unable to decide which is the best open-source package for psychology (PsychoPy, Open Sesame or jsPsych) @peircej.bsky.social, @cogsci.nl and @joshdeleeuw.bsky.social have agreed to resolve this once and for all, in a live-streamed, three-way.....arm wrestle!

So proud of the team for this. This is a complete rewrite of the app (keeping the underlying Python lib, which also had some important fixes). Was a huge achievement to get this done in such good time, and the new app feels great to use.
Give it a go!

⚡ #TMS #Preprint ⚡🐀 🧪 🧠 🧵
Brain stimulation methods are complex; reproducibility depends on knowing what was done.
@solyas.bsky.social's paper reports work with myself & 15 other @tmsmultilab.bsky.social members to develop a modular, flexible reporting tool: the TMS-RAT

Why make cloning projects complicated?
In Gorilla:
✔ Experiments, tasks, questionnaires + assets are copied
✔ Cloned experiments point to the cloned versions of tasks
✔ Older task/questionnaire versions still in use are copied across
#Onlineresearch made simple.

TMSMultiLab kindly requests that you show TMS coils TO SCALE on your methods brain Figures. This looks like the tiniest #TMS coil ever invented. In reality, the coil would cover ~2/3 of the brain. Make coils GREAT again!
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
