Was playing #FalloutNewVegas and a glitch made it feel like my character was hallucinating. In Repconn on my way out of the tunnels and a random merc ran past me. I followed into the tunnel but when I turned a corner they disappeared. My head cannon is that my character just did way too many drugs.
