In this black and white portrait formatted landscape captures a road that disappears into sunlit fog. The road leads to the middle of the composition from the foreground, and trees enclose the rest of the space of the image. There's a tunneling effect from the trees arching over the road and a sense of depth in the varying shades of black and gray as they move further into the distance with atmospheric perspective.
