Thanks! It was definitely one of the goals, to show a general audience the process of researching someone through lots of little clues. This first round is actually more of an exception to the rule, having found actual resources at Guelph Museum late in the going, and another with active family.
Congrats to @peelarchives.bsky.social for this little book. Interesting format and lots of sources for further research.

Groundhog Day was created in 1886 in the US, an update of Candlemas. The first mention in #Brampton 's The Conservator newspaper was in 1893, but it wasn't mentioned again until 1938.
