Happy Thanksgiving to all who celebrate. These red shouldered hawks were certainly looking for their next meal.

Now that's it's cold and the leaves have fallen, I find myself missing our only species of humming bird, the ruby-throated. In their place, the migratory waterfowl have started arriving.
