I do kind of appreciate their approval process when making a book public for sale, though. I'm not sure who or what does it, but there is a review process that happens before something is approved for sale. It's generally quick, in my experience.
For tabletop RPGs, they've been the go-to for decades now. For fiction, I think a bulk of what they have leans towards RPG-adjacent. Tie-in novels and anthologies, or works in similar genres.
Though they do offer digital and print-on-demand options, even if the latter seems finnicky to work with.
I dunno, feels like an apt comparison right now.
Alright. Quick update on this: I'm slowly adding more and more books, though DrivethruFiction has an approval process that slows things down a bit and itch is currently flaring out on me. But I will get the bulk of my catalog on both eventually.
And likely slowly remove them from my Ko-Fi.
The work of moving my stuff off to other places continues.
