The thunderstorms were fun but the basement water is not. Haha

It’s been a saga. After the last one we had scuzzy office carpet removed along with asbestos tiles underneath 😳 so now it’s bare floor, which at least can be dried. But it needs waterproofing work, removing all the other (half-assed) finishings… def an ongoing project. I feel like such a homeowner 😅
