Pot on stove containing spaghetti sauce with ground pork gluten-free meatballs, a blue silicone spoon in the pot. The recipe is as follows:
Two pounds lean minced meat, such as beef or pork
One half cup breadcrumbs, gluten-free work fine
Two eggs, beaten
One quarter cup finely chopped onion
Two cloves garlic, crushed or finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste, optional
Combine ground meat, eggs, onion, and garlic, mixing thoroughly, Shape meat mixture into twenty-four two-inch meatballs. Bake meatballs on a rack on broiler pan, or on a parchment-lined baking sheet for thirty minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Meatballs can then be added to two jars of red sauce and cooked for an hour or until time of your choosing. Or eat meatballs sans sauce. Enjoy!
