Just been sent these from my grandson working in San Francisco. No experience of US birding but is this an Acorn Woodpecker?

After several failed attempts in the past we finally added Ross's Gull to our list. Gave great views on the roof of LIDL at Newlyn and in flight. Several quick walks between the harbour and LIDL paid off.
