Two yellow wagtails out on the marsh at Steart this morning. They were calling and occasionally flying at several places along the pathway to the south side of the breach. Warblers were everywhere with 2 lesser whitethroats in the hedge along the Parrett end of Otterhampton marsh. #somersetbirding

My first Whinchat of the spring this morning on West Sedgemoor, actively moving through the site with a couple of Wheatear. Yellow Wags back on territory, singing Sedge Warbler, some sun and a distinctly spring-like feel #somersetbirding

A walk along a local drove near Burtle produced plenty of warblers including 6 Whitethroat, 4 Sedge Warbler, 4 Willow Warbler , 6 Blackcap & 4 Chiff Chaff. #Somersetbirding
