This was a very pleasant walk along the Inchavore river leading to this large mountain lake (Lough Dan in Co. Wicklow). It's large enough to have a sandy shore and a little wetland area where dragonflies will start to show up when it gets a bit warmer.

Not much hiking this week so I'm running short on photos. This is Lough Dan from a few weeks ago on the first clear Spring day of the year.

Thick fog today on Glastonbury Tor so not much visibility from St Michael's tower. So, here's one from a few days ago taken shortly before sunrise.

I captured a cumulonimbus cloud, aka a thunderhead, while looking out over Hualien, Taiwan's coastline. Its "anvil" top is characteristic of these powerful storm cloud formations.
