They are usually in the same region. I have so many official obligations that I barely make it to the unofficial ones that I truly enjoy.
I found it when I logged in to check my registration. It is under optional events. It wasn't on my original receipt because I registered for it later, but I could see it when I went into the NCTM registration website.
It always conflicts with game night.
Wednesday 7:30 to 9:00. I don't think we see the place until we pick up our registrations.

I began teaching w/NSF curricula: CMP, MMOW. I learned: S-S discourse is THE key, we learn when engaged, math has a storyline. As a #PAEMST awardee, via NSF, I found my voice in nat'l math groups. A travel grant (NSF-NCTM) took me to ICME in Hamburg.
NSF is impactful. Ask Congress to retake control.

In the NSF days, COMAP’s Math Modeling Our World was wonderful. I think they still sell it, but the data is out of date.
We considered the Discovering books five years ago but the support was pretty non existent. They had also been modified a lot and weren’t truly as discovery based.
