The grey-blue Trout Beck stream meandering through golden-coloured, sun-washed upland grassland at Moor House in the Pennine hills.

Taken deep within Wytham Woods, the trees have bright green leaves above an equally green woodland floor.

A recently mown field of grass ar Rothamsted with, in the middle distance a single dark-leaved tree. In the background, beyong another field, are more trees. The sky is fluffy white clouds against blue.

A narrow woodland path winds through a conifer woodland. it is bordered by low shrubby plants such as heather and broom. Scottish mountains are just visible in the distance.
