It's the postal SERVICE, not the postal business. It should cost the same for someone down a rural road in the Yukon or an air-access only hamlet in NWT or Nunavut to mail a letter as it is to mail a letter in Toronto, Montreal and Vanvouver. It's a basic communicative right.
