Do you believe a man who rapes women shouldn't be reported?

I know things got jumbled with all the responses, but I did answer, or at least it's the same answer I have to give - there is a difference between stealing grapes and raping women. One does infinitely more harm. I guess it's up to each person's moral compass to decide their lines of reporting.
I think it should probably be whatever people feel most secure and happy doing with their friends. If it's not sharing then don't and if it is then do.
That would explain a lot about the male loneliness epidemic. Hopefully the next generation is more open to friendship intimacy.
But I don't equate rape/SA to an nipped olive. There are varying degrees of law breaking. (As seen by the fact no one is on death row over a nipped olive.) If I knew for sure someone I knew was assaulting women I would report them. Though I wouldn't answer reporter's questions either. 🤷🏻♀️
Actually I take that back. I forgot momentarily this wasn't just an affair but rape/SA and that..does trump the friendship contract for me.
Ah that we 100% agree on.
You specified men were able to do those things, not people. That's why I asked for clarification. Either way, all I intended to point out is that Gallego could potentially be well aware of what his friend was doing and it wasn't an incorrect question to ask.
To be clear - are you saying women are not selective or discerning and are unable to recognize appropriate people to have different conversations with?
Interesting. Perhaps between men? I have a mix of genders as friends and the men are usually the first to be open about their lives. It could also be the type of people we each attract and are comfortable around?
I believe the concept of confession is to admit sins and receive forgiveness. I wouldn't say that's what close friends discuss things for. Just people talking about what life is really like for them. Support. Understanding. Advice.
To each their own obviously, but that's actually the kind of shit my close friends and I do talk about. So it's always a possibility he did with Gallego. Though, to be fair, not one of my friends has ever mentioned screwing their admin.
from 1957-1977 the Italian broadcaster RAI ran 1000s of "caroselli" ads, often with famous personalities of the period... my favorite is the series for Barilla (yes, the pasta brand) featuring the singer Mina, particularly her Se Telefonando, filmed (1967) on the roof of the Naples train station...

An adorable little #Roman dog figurine, some 1700+ years old - once an ornament, a lucky charm, or a child's toy, perhaps..?
A Roman mosaic, executed in a naïve style. Beneath is either a rabbit or a hare. above is what may be intended to be a dog but the frankly shocking quality of the mosaic means it could be mistaken for an aardvark or anteater.
Hope you had a great weekend.
Help yourself to this Easter bunny being chased by an aardvark.

Whalebone plaque which formed part of the grave good assemblage from the Scar Viking boat burial which was found near Scar on Sanday in Orkney. Dating to between 875 to 950 AD, the plaque is part of the collections at the Orkney Museum in Kirkwall. 📸 My own. #MedievalMonday

Clay relief showing an ancient hydraulis (water organ) at the center, flanked by two gladiators, each raising an arm as if in a gesture or salute. The figures are dressed in typical gladiatorial attire, and the organ features several upright pipes.
For #ReliefWednesday a depiction of a hydraulis – a water organ with a keyboard and pipes, the supply of air was created by water pressure. The instrument on the terracotta relief found in Trier is flanked by gladiators, a retiarius and a secutor. Water organs were used in... 🧵1/2

Oval cameo framed in an ornate gold mount. It is carved in layered onyx, masterfully exploiting the contrast between its bright upper layers for the high-relief facing busts and an eagle, and the dark brown lower layer as a dramatic background that enhances depth and definition. The two wreathed male profiles turn toward each other. Female profiles visible in the slightly shadowed background layers.
For #ReliefWednesday the so called Gemma Claudia, made of five-layered onyx. Emperor Claudius and his forth wife Agrippina minor are depicted on the left, opposite her parents Germanicus - brother of Claudius - and Agrippina maior.
The cameo was presumably made on...🧵1/2

Photo of a few square inches of tree trunk. Growing on the tree trunk are several grey lichens (growing flat on tree), a lichen that looks like a bunch of tiny egg yolks, and a bright red fungus that looks like a half dozen or so round/oval red blobs.
A few square inches of tree trunk. At least 4 species of lichens (Parmelia, two Physcia species and Caloplaca) plus Red Tree Brain Fungus. #lichen #fungi #fungifriends.
You know, I think I need to lean into my 'brand' - or at least the brand the statue pfp crowd thinks I have.

Apparently I've shared this before but reflecting again, I think it's most pertinent that people hate their "normal" preferences becoming less normal. There are loads of people in the world for whom normal was never an option and you generally don't see this from them. They want to be acconodated.

USPS blue mailboxes are stamped with year of manufacture. This is one of the oldest ones I've seen in a while. I am lots of fun at parties.
