A little rye quick bread test make that I absolutely adored. I found some rye flakes on Azure, and they work beautifully on top of the loaves. Toast with a little butter and it's absolutely amazing.

I went to culinary school for Pastry and Bakery goodness. Never did I burn myself so bad I blistered. Today though, apple butter and the saute function on the instant pot got me good. Wee blister on my ring and middle finger. Only cursed a little though. Still finished the Apple Butter. #cookingsky

Can confirm from past experience that it does taste amazing as the pb for cookies.

I only had honey roasted crunchy pb on hand. Didn't want that flavor or extra sweetness involved. Do love crunchy pb though. :)
