My kid was there until September. After multi incidents and the state of the garden, we withdrew her as we didn't feel she was safe. Feeling validated with this outcome, but it's a sad state for all the kids that still attend. We put our trust in them, and in UoMs opinion of them :(

We can rescue macrophage function with a PPARg agonist. We believe this macrophage predation defect in the lungs during frailty may impact bacterial diversity, which in turn increases the susceptibility to respiratory infection as we get older and more frail /3
We show impaired macrophage phagocytosis and efferocytosis in frail older adults, compared to non-frail older adults, and young adults, associated with impaired scavenger receptor signalling, and altered upper rep microbiome /2
