Great talk in snowy Oslo yesterday by @michaelhoffman.bsky.social on tools for identification of #transcription factor binding in the mammalian genomes and the effect of #DNA modifications in motifs.
So nice to have Amber Driesen visiting from Wim vanden Berghe’s lab in Antwerp to bring me back in the lab to do hard core Biochemistry of #histone expression and #nucleosome assembly. I forgot how rewarding it is to develop a comassie gel with loads of pure histones after a whole weeks’ protocol.
