A new paper in 𝐧𝐩𝐣 𝐁𝐢𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐦𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 shows how this relatively simple bacteria and yeast community can support multi-omics and metabolic modelling in fermentation research.
