Three delicate leaves extend from a rooted seed start in some potting soil. A single silver sliver of spiderweb extends from stem to leaf to the edge of the planter.

I harvested some berries on a hike in the foothills, then cold stratified, planted and now have 3 (of 12) fascinating little starts to watch grow. These bushes get huge, so no idea what I’ll do next.
