Skipped #parkrun this morning, so went for a shorter #walk instead. Royal Marsden September Challenge walk 8 with 40km now complete 😀

Nonsuch #parkrun this morning, Jeffing for the first half, then #walking with a friend for the second half. Royal Marsden September Challenge walk 4, about 20 km completed in week 1. Another good turn out, just under 1000 took part.

Nonsuch parkrun and 5K Your Way. We also remembered David Gullen, a Nonsuch 5K Your Way ambassador, recently lost to prostate cancer. David always finished his run with arms outstretched and "flew" into the finish line. Just over 1000 attendees.
