I am a bit behind in posting papers. Maybe, just maybe, this is because I could not access bluesky from MS for most of 2025?
Believe it or not, that happened to me. Some places did interviews that way, not sure if they still do. They get a list of finalists, order them and then invite the first. If the interview goes well, they get an offer and 24 hours to decide. I got an offer before leaving and declined the next day.
