- my lovely Murano glass necklace went kaput! It fell off my neck and smashed onto the tiled floor of a metro station as I was running to catch a bus 😭 It scattered all over the concourse and a couple of people helped me find most of the pieces - each bead is broken.

Better, thanks. My foot is good and I had my 6 week, final x-rays yesterday, so no sling for my shoulder except for resting. Now, it's time to strengthen and flex the joint, which will take time. Still stuck mostly indoors because of the snow and ice though, meaning I feel incredibly unfit 🤣
