Can confirm; "companies shoving you at an "AI" chatbot instead of a human so you can never get where you need to get to" was my experience with Koodo customer support last winter. Just going in circles for days with no resolution.

There is an animal in Japan called a tanuki. I’ve heard that this animal is rare in other parts of the world. It’s a cute animal that you sometimes spot in the mountains in the wild. I’d say it’s about the size of something between a cat and a dog.
