Oh, so sorry to hear that😮

In the last year, three of my coworkers have lost children aged between 29-41 to heart failure (due to COVID damage) and all passed away in their sleep. This is heart-breaking, and so sad because someone in power decided the economy was more important than its people. #LongCovidAwarenessdDay

Today is #LongCovidAwarenessDay and I am running low on battery power so I will share this podcast below in case it is helpful to others struggling or to those not understanding their symptoms.

Advocating for long covid without advocating for prevention, is like trying to bail out water from a boat that's sitting on the ocean floor. The two things can't be separated and I don't trust or respect anyone who thinks they can.
