11k in plumbing repairs under way right now. All the plumbing under my house and out to the sewer has to be replaced. My poor yard is going to be ripped to shreds.

I just fixed the water level in a toilet that raised my water bill, and even though it isn't rocket science I'm still pretty proud of myself for fixing little plumbing problems on my own. Makes it more tolerable that I'll still need to hire a guy to fix the leak in the roof. 😜 #100yearoldhouse
