This handmade print is in a frame on an easel in my office at work.

It is there to remind me of beauty, nature & calm when the rest of the world seems like a different kind of wild outside.

Not quite as big as the Nikkor 300, and needs a bit less bellows extension for macros. Approx 35mm focal length on a 35mm camera. Sadly this glorious and rather enormous beech tree no longer stands, blown down in a gale in the last couple of years. But 10x8 does it justice.

(Bonus is that it doesn't need a centre-filter - thank god!)

Some photographs to familiarise myself with a
#10x8 camera at work, which I'd reconstructed some time in the past. The light leaks were caused by my placing the backboard on upside down, but I like the effect they create.
