At a certain point in this history of the Thirteenth, a measure of peace has been bestowed, allowing the dutiful and resolute their brief respite despite the gathering darkness. Whiling away in the quiet hours of the night are these two. In a warmly-lit bedchamber, Durante visits Golbez. Though the occasion seems hardly fitting, Durante is dressed in his formal coat; he is also kneeling on the ground while Golbez gently lifts his chin. A faint blush is visible in his cheeks. Though Golbez's face is not shown here, there lingers a sense of gentle intimacy.

in #13thAU she’s not at the end of her DS journey, so she’s still reckless and short-sighted -> improving their relationship revolves around Kyrie maturing and finding her purpose.
