Ink: Fanyantang Sakura Snow
I accidentally grabbed a pen without waterproof ink, so some of that blended with the main ink. I did a sketch of midcentury modern furniture. I love the look, but it’s not comfortable.

This is another underrated gold-green ink. Bleach brings out the hidden green, but it’s tricky to stop the reaction before it bleaches completely.

It’s another interesting ink w/strong pink base and more ephemeral green. In concentrated form, it’s darker, closer to purple-brown. I may add lining black ink later.

Morning walk in the woods. #30days30inks, ink: Ferris Wheel Press Oinking Embers. Not a good art day, but the ink is not the problem. It’s a perfect fall color with some subtle chromo. The bleach response was too strong though, so the other colors are lost. Steno 66EF

Carlsbad village with Sailor Budo. I modified a bit with Kuretake granulating paints, and then the power went out. both saturation & warmth are off, but had to use a flash. 2nd image = B&W filter.

Another ink from #kittyinkpot “forest wind knows where to find the mountain bird”. The chromo was promising, but was hard to manipulate different components, especially when applied from a drier fountain pen nib. It just needs experimenting first.
