En cuanto a los temas, #3BadMen nos anticipa la redención a través del sacrificio, la corrupción del poder, la importancia de la comunidad, preocupaciones constantes en la obra de Ford.

John Ford había empezado a dirigir en 1917 y antes de #3BadMen ya había realizado más de 50 películas. El film no fue un éxito rotundo, como si lo había sido #TheIronHorse (1924) pero tiene la base de todo lo que después Ford consolidó en su cine sonoro.
Don’t think I’ve ever watched a John Ford silent film, which is odd considering how many of the director’s films I’ve watched over and over and over (and over) again.
Anyhow, just watched #3BadMen. Villain is a bit cartoony, but overall the movie itself is terrific. I loved it.
