They saved 211 men from Texas — at the cost of over 800 of their own.

History of the Nisei ‘Go For Broke’ WWII unit removed from Army website The page's removal comes after President Trump's executive order ending what he called "radical" diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.

The 442nd RCT is the most decorated unit in U.S. Army history. Their heroism in WWII deserves to be honored, not erased. Removing them from the Army’s website is a disgrace. History matters. #GoForBroke #442ndRCT
