The PX Manhattan: With sweet vermouth, a manhattan has a floral wine element that is well-complimented by a sherry-cask finished whiskey, and that's why this is our first recommendation! Ingredients: - 2 oz. PX Sherry-Finished Wisconsin Wheat Whiskey - 1 oz. sweet Italian vermouth - 2 dashes of chocolate bitters - 1 spiced cherry Directions: 1️⃣ Add your whiskey, vermouth, and bitters to a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled. 2️⃣ Strain into a chilled coup or martini glass. 3️⃣ Garnish with one cherry and enjoy!
The PX Old Fash. The nuttiness of chocolate-walnut bitters compliments the Sherry cask finish on this wheat whiskey; adding just a little sweetness with demerara creates a classic cocktail to unwind with. Ingredients: - 2 ½ oz. PX Sherry-Finished Wisconsin Wheat Whiskey - ½ oz. demerara syrup - 1-2 dashes of chocolate-walnut bitters - 1 spiced cherry + orange peel Directions: 1️⃣ Add your whiskey, demerara, and bitters to a lowball glass with one large ice cube and gently stir until combined. 2️⃣ Express orange zest over the drink, swipe along the rim. 3️⃣ Garnish with the orange peel + one cherry, and enjoy!
