When I checked a few weeks ago, the #ARPAstl transparency portal appears to be out of date. The expenditures for the North STL grant program are minimal compared to the amounts authorized by the SLDC board thus far.

It appears that SLDC's consultants access public money with an ease and speed not available to businesses SLDC was supposed to help with the North STL grants..
