Wow, this is my new favourite soup - Adas Bil Hamod. Its a great way to use up chard or spinach and works with different types of lentils. I used Ras el Hanout spice mix with plenty of cumin, garlic and fresh lemon.

Can I wait until lunchtime to eat this though?
